Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..High pressure will reside over the coastal waters through evening. A system offshore will move southeast tonight and continue to push into northern oregon Thursday morning. Weak high pressure will rebuild over the waters Thursday night into Friday before the next system moves into the area waters Friday night into Saturday for likely headlines. Another system will arrive late in the weekend.
